Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla yet.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on your location and the items in your order. You'll always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.
What's your return policy?
Our goal is for you to be fully happy with your order. If you're not, let us know and we'll do everything we can to fix it.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be accepted, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Customized pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

How do I take care of my pieces?
To keep your CES jewellery in the best condition:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, creams, or lotions.
- Store them carefully.
- Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.
